Part man, part muse for our UC engineers, Alex Morrison is one of the original BrightCloud co-founders and whilst he leads from the front you can always find him rolling up his sleeves and getting involved.
In 2000 he started what was to become BrightCloud Group and has been shaping and changing the way people and organisations think about Unified Communications ever since. Alex has boundless energy and spends his days challenging us to think bigger and supporting us when the road gets a little bumpy.

Richard joined the organisation in early May 2016 and brought with himself significant skills, experience and talent in the designing of contact and customer engagement solutions with complex integrations.
His distinguished 25-year career stems from his grassroots as an Assistant Engineer at Vodafone, through his years spent at 2e2, now Daisy, honing his Enterprise Unified Communications skills to his prior Directorship role at Ocean Group.
