BrightCloud announces new role and appointment to Head of Professional Services as the group goes from strength to strength.

As a channel only Cisco Authorised Technology Provider (ATP) specialist, providing a 360-degree solutions service to multi-channel Contact Centre’s, BrightCloud has aligned our business as a specialist in this field and amassed significant experience, in Professional Services, by assisting our partners to deploy innovative solutions to the challenges faced.

We recognise that to grow and ensure our service provision to our partner network is second to none that we need to invest in our collaborative approach which why we have created this new role and are proud to announce the appointment of Dave Taylor as our Head of Professional Services.

Dave steps into his new appointment at an exciting time for BCG, having earlier this year been awarded the Cisco® EMEA Services Only Partner of the Year 2016. He will put his vast experience to good use to ensure BCG partners and customers alike get the most from our expertise.
